Idgaf if he was a piece of shit, I’m not a priest, I’m a baseball fan and he set what I think is one of the TRULY un-breakable records and Pete Rose THE BASEBALL PLAYER deserved to be recognized for it. May 13, 20251 yr Huge Pete fan as a kid but I can see both sides of the argument, truly a great team player and holder of several MLB records including the obvious being the Hit King, but he tarnished whatever accolades he achieved by breaking the cardinal rule of the game. So, I'm glad that he's now eligible and feel it's appropriate he didn't get to experience it in his lifetime.

If you like that they took his happiness over something that DOES NOT effect you personally then that says more about you than him.
