I also just thought of something. A few years back, the All-Star game was supposed to be in Atlanta, but they moved it to Colorado. That was the first year they scrapped having players wear their team's jerseys in the game. Now that it is finally back in Atlanta, they are letting them wear the team jerseys again, which I think most people prefer anyway.

None of us saw this coming. He struggled mightily last year and it's great to see him get rewarded for his hard work.

I was thinking that maybe just Sandy was going to to ASG just on name recognition only. As in just having to fill the required minimum one player per team in the all star game rule.

I honestly have only watched about 3-4 full games all year and then tune into a couple innings every few weeks so I’m not really familiar with Stowers. But good for him I guess. 😂

Sanchez, but not the one you're thinking of. It was the pitcher who was on the Marlins in the late 90s. No idea why he has been keeping tabs on Stowers though.
