The marlins shouldn't keep from starting Andino at SS next season just because he's been dogging it in the AFL. They should keep from starting him because he can't hit and is shaky defensively. :plain well said, well said .

what's up with all the loduca haters?!? who are we gonna replace him with?are they half as good? loduca was injured much of the season, c'mon people. and look at pierre's stats, they are not that much lower than last year's. and delgado, well that just speaks for itself.

I heard today the Marlins have also started discussions with Gonzalez' agent as well....athough I'm not sure he would be considered a minor free agent. ugh i hope they have. i'd do anything to have gonzo back

I'm seriously considering an 18th birthday trip to New York to watch the Marlins at Yankee Stadium. Anyone been to Yankee stadium before? How amazing would that really be? :thumbup

are those seats good? I've never been to a hockey game and I really want to go (despite the lonnnng drive). I don't want to shell out alot of money though. Will 8 dollar seats do the trick? Well if the seats are 8 dollars they are going to be the worst in the arena. But its not a bad deal because you can always just pay 8 dollars and then sit in like row 4 of the upper level or so as long as you go to a game that doesnt sell out. I will plan on just getting the 8 dollar tickets and then sneaking down to the lower level. what's your favorite place to sit thats not CRAZY expensive?

I'm a big Lowell fan, but I don't see him coming back. :confused Loria is gonna take the money he is saving from Enc/Lowell/AGon/Conine and putting it to Raffy. Lots of speed in the lineup. I don't like Furcal in our lineup. If we're gonna sign him I'd rather keep Alex.

Haven't you noticed the extreme lack of replays during Marlins games? When they do show a replay it's always on the most random play towards the end of the game. Hopefully they'll take advantage of the HD and show more :confused That's not true, they show all the big hits and great plays from my experience. They just don't show disputed calls and I think that's because that is frowned upon or not allowed. Maybe you're right but for some reason I always feel like they don't show enough replays when I really want to see one, maybe it's just me

ok so we are 3 games out but everyone is going nuts saying "farewell 05". This is .500 + team and at least were that not a below .500 team. This is a good team and im proud of them and i look for them to play their ass off the rest of the season!! Hey I really think we should all go to Conine's Clubhouse on Saturday to watch the game and cheer for the Marlins. Does anyone think they'd be interested in doing this? I've never been but I really think now would be a good time to go.

I was thinking about this before. It'd be in our power to catch the Braves, something we can't say about Houston. remember we only have to go 10-2 if the astros/phillies keep it up. the astros play 9 more games on the road (2 against the cards). they could definitely collapse. and the braves, im not going to bank on sweeping 6 games from them because its the braves and 3 of those are in turner field and we all know how well we play there. but hey i wont rule it out, anything is possible. but i think we can pull off 10-2. we may be inconsistent but we have the needed components to do this. and if we can pull it together now, way better late then never.
