Trey05Marlins

I wouldn't think so. When I was in Tallahassee I always saw a good portion of Marlins hats, there are good Marlins fans there.

We already know this. Most scouts think he sucks. This is not new, all it is is the Nats writer trying to tell it's fans that they might not have lost that trade.

Guys, 99% of MLB players will have a stretch this year where they go 1-10 with 5+ K's, it happens. Most every hitter will have a 3-20 also. It's life. Give him another week to snap out of it and if he doesn;t then we can start talking about Bonifacio maybe not being MLB-ready.

Check this out, it's a video of a virtual tour of the new Twins ballpark that will open next year. I hope one of these kinds of videos comes out for the Marlins park at some point. It is much better at presenting a good visualization of what the park will be like.

We currently have ZERO lefty specialists. Pinto is statistically better against right handed hitters (look it up) and Meyer is a converted starter who also isn't dominant against left handed hitters. I don't know who will be sent down.

What a fool. And does he think that the Padres, Mariners, Orioles, or Royals have more staying power than the Marlins? Puhlease. The Blue Jays have the only team which might be decent over 162 games, barring any shocking developments. I guess the Royals aren't bad, but Marlins >>>>>> Royals Padres might have staying power because the NL West sucks, likewise with the Mariners and the AL West.

Question was which team is the biggest surprise Woody Paige said Marlins Jay Mariotti said Padres Kevin Blackistone said Orioles Jackie MacMullen said Orioles Then Reali asked quickly who has the most staying power and MacMullen said Marlins but Woody disagreed. She said the Marlins. No she didn't she agreed that Orioles were the biggest surprise BUT THEN she said the Marlins have the most staying power.

Woody was joking about Uggla and Ramirez, he mispronounced them on purpose.

15 minutes until the Feud! KG's injury, Madden's retirement, NBA MVP votes, some Marlins love, Michigan's desperation, more Hockey talk... That is from the Around The Horn Twitter account, posted just a couple minutes ago.

You know what's interesting, Rosenthal posted the EXACT same quote in his April 8th article. He must really want Speedy EB to fail. Bring us some new info Ken!

Gload replaces Cantu in cleanup spot, Amezaga replaces Cody in RF batting 8th, Maybin slides up to 7th http://joefrisaro.mlblogs.com/archives/200...ng_cleanup.html

Gload could start at 1B if Cantu is still hurting

It'd be great to grab game one and then win the series. Hopefully Volstad feeds the infielders ground balls and we can start a couple rallies on Vazquez. Any word on if Cantu is a go or no-go for this game?

I used to be in Tallahassee

My brother is a Marlins fan, he is in Charlottesville

JJ looked amazing! I hope is arm is okay after all those pitches. Going over 100 makes me kinda nervous. Holly, the 100+ isn't that bad when you space it over 9 innings, it's when you go 5 or 6 and have 20+ innings when it gets bad.

Josh Johnson > Everyone Else

Tonight's game is not being televised in Miami, but will the New York broadcast be available through DirecTV Extra Innings package. It is a free preview week and since there is no local broadcast, this should be available, right?

Call me old fashioned, but I don't like alternate jerseys. Baseball uniforms should be white or gray (or light blue if it's the 1980's). Combine those with dark socks and a dark hat and that is the baseball look.

The blue needs to be darker. That's the only way a blue-orange would look different than the Mets. I'll give it a go... should I keep the silver 'MARLINS' on the alternate? Or try white or orange? I think on the alternate jersey the wordmark should be white, have you seen my concept "M" hat with dark blue and orange? I can give the specifics for the blue if youd like

Dark Blue, Orange, Silver

You know your road jersey says Florida right? Won't it be Miami instead?
