Advantage Park. You also don't need to protect neighboring buildings since the park is not near any on it's space over in the bay. Construct a new park on the Miami River site or by it. The people of Miami wouldn't like the Marlins to construct the ballpark in Bicentennial Park....It would also effect Miami's trade industry by cars going to the park.(clog truck traffic by the seaport,slow down shipping and increase operating costs)

Video could've been better. If I had motivation and time and good footage, I'd make a better one. They were missing some great moments...Castro's game winning homerun against the Dodgers followed by Mordi's game winning HR the following night,Willis's one-hitter,and of course the Wildcard clinch catch by Juan Pierre.
