I live in New York and am going to the game at Citi Field on April 29th. I was wondering if anyone knew who is supposed to start for the Marlins that day

On all the teams that have the new stadium approved they have a section on their website on info about the stadium...when are the marlins gonna do that too

Or am i the only one who hasnt gotten over Miguel Cabrera yet, he was my favorite player from the day he was called up and the marlins will never see him in there jerseys again.

Dont know if this idea has been proposed before,but from what i remember hearing the devil rays are also hoping for a new stadium and therefore can share the stadium with the marlins and fill in the funding gap and actually split the price of the stadium saving the marlins money. also its not like this has never happened,the jets and mets have shared stadiums, the marlins and dolphins,the yankees and mets back in the day, and i may be mistaken but the giants and dodgers in there ny days. i dont know if this has been proposed before..comments?

Thank goodness this is BS. I would have hated this Dontrelle trade, and I am on the "we should trade Dontrelle" side. Humber has not been good this year, and Martinez can't play CF. At all. Martinez is an 18 year old with loads of potential, but he isn't showing much power yet, still a long ways off, and his ceiling probably isn't as high as everyone thought a year ago. That trade would have been awful. Completely agree..

I was just watching MLB.TV on the trade deadline and they said the mets will not go after starting pitching and will wait for Pedro to come back.

Having absolutely nothing to do with tonights performance from Benitez, why did we trade what i believed to be a better younger and cheaper pitcher in Randy Messenger for Armando Benitez?

It was not a mis-understanding Tim Kurkjian said it during ESPN when after they showed a Yankee highlight they brought up him opting out i didnt hear him say the florida marlins but i heard him say Willingham and help a new stadium deal down there in south florida..

I think it'd be good to sign him to a 1-2 year deal 30-32 million a year..if our team isn't doing very well or if our attendance isn't increasing to the point where its good to have him then we can trade him..right? And also, didn't we do something similar with Delgado..we used stadium money to sign him?I remember something like that
