11th 6 points off the playoffs after a defeat. Suddenly looks ominous after a terrible performance.

2010-11 Soccer Thread
Rotherham are now 9th, 5 points off the playoffs. Winning 2 and drawing 2 of their last 4 against good opposition. We still have 7th to play so the playoff chase is on. And with our new loanee striker Shaun Harrad who has 3 goals in 4 games, its looking up again.

So will Harry Redknapp lead England into the Euros? 100%. It's all set up for him to take us and fail, but it's the most hopeful i have been for a long time in this country yet the players are still old and over-rated.

Spring Training Broadcast Schedule
So will only these games be shown on MLB.tv? How does Spring Training work with that, seen as i bought it around 15 games in last season?

Heading to see the Marlins...from Scotland!
Include a few battered Mars Bars, some heavily drunk men singing the Scottish national anthem and you've got yourselves a fight lassies. I hope you enjoy the game, going across myself to hopefully catch a game in Chicago in the summer.

Nats Launch "Take Back The Park" Campaign
They should just accept the revenue regardless of which teams fans it comes from. Baseball is not like soccer where the home fans do make a big difference. And where they kill each other, too! That's only Egypt.... and South America... and Europe... and... well, at least America doesn't care enough to incite soccer riots! Hockey on the other hand

Im bored of this season. We are now 11th, 4 points off the playoffs. Very sad. Simply because the football, the manager are dire. We were top after 6 games by about 2 or 3 points and have since slowly dropped down the league to 13th. Our last manager should never have been sacked and since our best striker left we have failed to replace him meaning we lack goals in important matches that he brought to the table. I am however looking forward to the next season as we move into our new ground 'New York Stadium' (Valid reasons for the name (The site the ground is built on is called New York and has for 150 years, named after the city of York like New York itself was. Also the Guest and Chrimes foundry built Hydrant for New York City, so 2 great reasons for the name)).

Gary Carter takes turn for the worse
I don't like that at the start of the article the writer feels the need to put some a rhyme in there, no need on a story such as this. Sad news.

What are some odd things you do?
I buy all the tickets for Mets games, and bin them all so they have no fans.

'How Was Your Day' Thread
my day was alright, had an exam and hopefully i passed. Then i got £35 to do a market research think on Sainsburys. Was dull but the chairs were comfy and i was chatting with a good looking girl for an hour so that passed the time. Tomorrow i have work which i dread. Make myself a sausage sandwich beforehand and watch the new Big Bang Theory, which on the phone to Bunac trying to solve a mystery about my planned trip to work in California in the summer, sadly no Marlins game can be made , unless i make a pitstop before hand for one night.

I like him. However i don't particularly want the bloke if he is standing in the way of better players coming in.

2011-12 NFL Thread
It's his second year. LOLZ at high school results. Wilfork is really good. I would give him another year, personally, at least. He's also such a huge sensation that benching/trading him would be PR suicide. Lets put it this way. All NFL/MLB/NBA ect players are judged on their college records. Are they not? If not, they why is there a big hoopla about what college they went to? Yes Wilfork is great. He shouldn't be breaking through 4 players to hit the QB though. Players say nice things about players all the time, it usually never means anything. And cool story about him breaking high school records. Robert Marve broke all of Tebow's records in high school, I guess he deserves a shot in the NFL as well. Are you nine?! Cool story?! Jesus wept. Once he breaks his college records as well then yes he will. Until you see i also said college, and until he breaks those records in college, then no he won't.

It looks shocking in the Gif.

2011-12 NFL Thread
I don't think Denver do need a QB. I think Tebow is the right guy, but what people are forgetting is this was his rookie season. He still has alot of development to come. He won state championships in a high school team that weren't really heard of, he won multiple championships in college. He has a big career ahead of him, he need a solid line in front of him as thy weren't shocking at best last night. Even Wilfork was breaking through to get to him

Carlos Zambrano Acquired
Fantastic acquisition. Although he has had his issues, if Ozzie can keep him quiet and keep him focused on the games ahead then i'm sure he will be fine. Miles better than Voldermort who has left. Very happy with how this team is shaping up.

Everyone is talking about this team
Its nice to get some publicity isn't it. Very enjoyable

If anyone is planning on going the Chicago Cubs(away) fixtures
Next season, i believe they are in July. I would like to have a drink(Well i can't as im only turning 20 then) but still, a meet up with some fellow Marlins would be nice. It will be my first MLB game, so i can't wait. I am working in Illinois in Northbrook outside Chicago so i can't wait and plan on getting my Marlins fix, whilst also maybe pandering to a Yankees game for the novelty.

Then you will have to watch it on YouTube. Ha Andy Gray was sacked from SkySports for sexist comments last season. Good riddance too, he was no good.
