I hope Penny can get the W today. We got him off the hook last game when he allowed 4 or 5 runs against the reds. His next two starts are against the Mets and Tigers, so he shouldnt fair to poorly. He has the best chance to make the All Star team from our starters. He should probably get like 5-6 more starts before the break. So 10 wins, and a era in the 2.00s gets you in I believe.

Does Pavano stand a chance to get in?

Looks like Penny will get 7 more starts before the All-Star game, including today. If he can continue as he has, he'll have a great chance.

Pavano would have to kick it up a few notches to be considered.
