This whole thread was started as a horrible attempt at humor. Not only is this a horrible attempt at humor, but quite unoriginal.

You know what, I used to ignore the jokes that you were senile, because I thought it was a cheap blow for your age; however, this post of yours now makes me realize why some younger posters have ripped on you in the past. I personally thought the thread should have been deleted the first time I clicked on it and read it. I assumed it was a sick joke, but checked to make sure. After reading it, I saw that this thread was a dumb joke that did not warrant a reply from me.

 

However, after reading one of your stupid replies in this thread, it is obvious you don't know a damn thing about the law. To even make that statement after reading his initial post is a joke. Seriously, what do you know about the law? I'm curious about your claim of it being grounds for him to be sued for libel. Please name me the elements of a successful common law claim for negligence. If you get that right, I'll move on to follow up questions about your claim for libel.

You need only 2 people for libel. The person who wrote the slanderous stuff and someone, who it is not about, who reads it.
