If the Giants continue to struggle by the trading deadline and Edgardo Alfonzo continues to be hot and Mike Lowell continues to struggle, I think the Marlins should trade Lowell to the Giants for Alfonzo. They are equal in salary and Lowell would be making more than Alfonzo next season. Edgardo Alfonzo is batting .379 with 2 HR and 12 RBI this season on a losing team that will continue to lose because of their age. Do you think the Marlins would trade Lowell for Alfonzo? Thanks.
