This is from the display of all the World Series rings:

It was really poorly lit, and this is the only one out of 5 that came out. The '97 ring is just a gold blur thanks to the ultra thick glass and no direct lighting on the exhibit. It was kind of funny watching all the fans point at the Marlins one and just go "wow."

Here's the Red Sox one:

And McKeon's hat from the World Series:

I'm planning on going next summer.

Marlins WS ring > All

That 1997 Marlins WS ring looked horrible, well they all look pretty ugly until 2002,the Angels ring is beautiful,so is the Marlins and Redsox rings..I'm guessing they've been improving how rings look since 2002,they've been beautiful since. Thanks 4 the pics btw, they're awesome

I just got back from my road trip. We saw games at Washington, Philly, NY Mets, NY Yankees, and Baltimore. We also stopped by Cooperstown for a day.

Here's a few of the pics from Cooperstown:

Marlin's Locker

Castillo's Gloves from 2002 35 game hitting streak and JP's Shoes from 2003 post season.

Beckett's Jersey from 2003 WS Game 6

1997 WS Program (2003 wasn't on display yet)

Kevin Brown and AJ Burnett No Hitter Balls

Al Leiter No Hitter Ball

And just for Ramp

Shilling's Bloody Sock

I'll post a few more when I have more time.

I was there around June 16th and got the same pics, pretty much. I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express. Last year I stayed at the Cooperstown Inn :o

Great pics.

Where did you stay when you went to Cooperstown?

We stayed at the Otesaga Resort, it was nice, but they closed it the day after we left because that's where the HOF's and press and family were staying for induction weekend.

Cooperstown is great place, I went whenever they had new exhibits in when I was in college. Personally, my favorite room is the baseball cards upstairs, a pretty cool visual walking in and I could spend hours looking at all of them.

nice pics dude....iv'e been there a couple of times and everytime iv'e left in aw.....A plus for me is always breakfast at T.J.'s..........
