October 9, 200521 yr Let's see if we can get some action going here in the "Media Guide"... What is the single worst movie you've ever paid to see? (Cable & network TV movies don't count) Mine has definitely got to be "The English Patient". After it won the Oscar, I went to see what all the hoopla was about; and, I'm sorry to say, the movie bored me to death (Considering I'm a film aficionado, that's hard to do). I don't know what the Academy's motivation was to give this film any distinction, but I'm almost willing to bet that money was involved.
October 9, 200521 yr Hollywood Homicide starring Harrison Ford and Josh Hartnett. It sucked. Plain and simple.
October 9, 200521 yr Some movie starring Morgan Freeman and Ashley Judd about her husband being a former marine and going to prison...cant remember what it is called.
October 9, 200521 yr Boat Trip. The only redeeming thing about that movie was the Roselyn Sanchez banana scene. Not so distant second is I Robot, which remains the only movie I've ever walked out of.
October 9, 200521 yr Dreamcatcher Most awful POS I've ever seen. I was cussing out the movie the entire time and no one else in the theatre gave a damn. It was that bad.
October 9, 200521 yr "Not another teen movie" :thumbdown You didn't like Not Another Teen Movie?? I thought it was absolutely hilareous, espicially Billy Bob spoofing himself.
October 9, 200521 yr Dreamcatcher Most awful POS I've ever seen. I was cussing out the movie the entire time and no one else in the theatre gave a damn. It was that bad. That's my #2. My #1 is "Open Water"
October 9, 200521 yr Alexander, they took a pretty good story and made is suck more than I thought possible. It's amazing acheivement how much they effed up a story to be potentially a good movie. The worst movie of all time has to be Gigli, never saw it, but I know it was the worst.
October 9, 200521 yr Dreamcatcher Most awful POS I've ever seen. I was cussing out the movie the entire time and no one else in the theatre gave a damn. It was that bad. That's my #2. My #1 is "Open Water" Heh. OHNOSHARKZ! What the hell is Dreamcatcher? Is it that Val Kilmer Indian detective movie?
October 9, 200521 yr The worst movie I ever paided to see was Screwed. It had norm mcdonald and danny devito in it. I remember there were only about 15 people there watching it. At the half way mark we decided to leave and when we turned around to look we were the last ones there. Alexander was pretty bad also as was Dumb and Dumberer, which should have never been made.
October 9, 200521 yr I paid to see 'Vertical Limit' and 'They'. I don't know wtf I was thinking. Both were just freakin awful.. "They" might be the worst movie ever made.
Dreamcatcher was I think a Stephen King book made into a movie. The only good thing was it had Morgan Freeman in it.
October 9, 200521 yr 1. Phone Booth 2. Spring Break Shark Attack (interchangable with #1) 3. I'll get back to you
October 10, 200521 yr Hollywood Homicide starring Harrison Ford and Josh Hartnett. It sucked. Plain and simple. That's up there for me - just a horrible movie on all levels. What really pissed me off the most about the whole experience was the girl I went with picked the movie, so I couldn't walk out. Also on the list are that Boys and Girls movie starring Jason Biggs that came out after American Pie, Reindeer Games with Ben Affleck, and The Arrival with Charlie Sheen.
October 10, 200521 yr Worst I've paid to see: -Dumb and Dumberer -Rollerball (the remake) -National Security
October 10, 200521 yr #1 Gigli #2 Wedding Date (some horrible english romantic comedy with Hugh Grant, it wasnt even comedy i was forced to watch it During the hurricane this year)
