Max got me an early VDay/Anniversary gift last month... a Nintendo DS w/ Mario Kart. Today he got me a box of chocolates and a card. I got a Krispy Kreme coupon for a free donut from Max's sister.

Tomorrow is our 2-year anniversary. Our plans kinda got postponed since a family member has been in the hospital since last week, so... we gotta wait for the weekend, hopefully.

:lol

Valentine's Day is Christmas, except girls are the only ones looking forward to it.

My girlfriend suggested that we not exchange presents and instead merely buy eachother dinner.

This was the moment when I realized I love her. :notworthy

Dude, that's a keeper right there. :notworthy

4 kids 2 years and younger to babysit untill midnight. Hoping they stay asleep untill it is time for them to go home.

The way I feel on Valentine's Day must be the way Jews feel on Christmas.

Anyway, my parents sent me $60.

Just a card, my wife knows I do not like receiving gifts (for any occasion.)

But I gave her 2 dozen long stemmed roses, and a Vermont Teddy Bear. We also went out to dinner.

(I also sent roses to my mom, and Lisa's grandmother...

yeah, I'm just that nice.)

a lot of mixed signals and a lighter wallet.

I ignored the holiday completely and still have a full wallet. The only thing I have to decide is what to do with the all the money I didn't spend. :mischief2

Fantastic all paid dinner at Ken Martin's Safari Grille (if you are ever in Bryan, Texas I definitely recommend this place).

Did some dancing, exchanged some low key personal gifts, did some talking in the hammock for like 2 hours, and then did the unmentionable for a while as well.

Awesome night. She needs to plan these anniversaries/Valentine's Days/birthdays more often.

i got hugs.

ah well

saturday went out to dinner and a concert

last night I made crab legs and we had some wine - she gave me some hot sauces and I provided her with the hairdryer she wanted and a panda apron

then we had a couple friends over and drank more wine by the tiki torches in my backyard

not a big valentines day guy - but all in all a nice night and I get all the candy that her students give her, so that's a plus
