March 14, 200620 yr Townhouse: $243,896 That's about what we paid, but my dad did a few renovations should be able to sell for a bit more. I remember my old house in Old Cutler Road my grandma sold for about 350k five years ago, now its worth over a million, if not two. :plain

March 14, 200620 yr Really funky site. Not only are the stats wrong on my home, but they've completely ignored sales of homes in my immediate neighborhood for substantially more than they have as the listed value.
