Daylight-saving time is here....oh my.

Today is one of my favorite days of the year. Even though we lose an hour of sleep, we gain an extra hour of sunlight from today until the end of october!

I would have preferred to keep the sleep.

great - now we're 3 hours from the east coast and on CA time - i like it when I can drive to Nevada and have an extra hour in my day..........

 

the thing I don't like about daylight savings time is that it messes up a lot of stuff - for example, to call home on an offpeak weekday, it would be 10pm back east - or the TV schedule shifts around all funky and programs aren't on at the same time anymore - or sporting events come on super early now and by the time I get home from work, most east coast starts are almost done

this sucks I want sleep back

Personally, I love the extra hour of daylight. Sucks the first day because of the hour lost, but it's worth it.
