"As good as Willis may be, Florida's offense is still very weak overall and I think Cabrera will be able to shut them down entirely."

I hope that doesnt happen.

Its good to see some objective observations from out of town. Even better than that is the fact that those who are smart enough to see it, show respect for us.

So is anyone at a member at that site ? Invite that guy over...and while you're at it, invite the member who lives in Greensboro and has watched our young pitching staff. Would love to hear his scouting reports.

Did you invite them?

i dont think the marlins offense is very weak overall as the guy on the orioles board stated. It seems some people are ill informed when it comes to the marlins. I havent checked the numbers recently but our offense might be doing better now than last years offense at this point

Man this guy did his Homework he probably should get a job working with the Atlanta broadcasters those that talk about the "slumping" Mike Jacobs...I wish more people in S Fl took the time to see what our Marlins are about. We should have people lined up buying tickets by now!

I agree. Last year, we had Cabs and Delgado and it seemed we were lucky to get 2 runs on the board every game

Daniel Cabrera can be very good at times but, like another poster on that board pointed out, he can beat himself with walks. If I recall correctly, he amassed 5 or 6 walks in a spring training start against the Fish.
