October 1, 200620 yr 2006 Marlins- Thank you for an amazing, unforgettable season. One of the best in Marlins history. I can't wait for next year! GO FISH!!!
October 1, 200620 yr Pinned this... just thought we all need to express our appreciation for this season; and, hopefully, someone on the team will read this and let the guys know that there are fans out there who don't care how much they're making, but how much they're giving back. We won't soon forget 2006. Thank you, players and coaches. Good luck in '07!
October 1, 200620 yr (Mrs. BB27 here...) What a great day. It has been pure joy (and some frustration) watching these guys. Never in my wildest dreams did I think we would accomplish what we did. Thank you so much, all of you. You're deep in my heart and my soul. And I'm tearing up again. After we won the game, I started crying watching the players hug and jump all over each other, it just made me so damn proud. And then I really lost it when Joe came out to wave at us. Thank you Joe Girardi, you can do no wrong in my eyes. :notworthy GO FISH IN 07!!!!
October 1, 200620 yr Fish Bites: The 2006 Marlins Story ...thanks for making our job easy....and go fish!
October 1, 200620 yr Thanks so much for an amazing season. I am sooooo very proud of you guys. See you in Spring Training. Good Luck in 2007.
October 2, 200620 yr Great run, boys. Thank you - it has been fun. I'll see you in DC for the opener!
October 2, 200620 yr Its been quite a few years since I seen a Marlins team play with so much heart and to watch some of these guys blossom into future stars is an experience I'll always remember. Here's to a wonder 2006 and to an even better 2007. Wild Card or bust!!
October 2, 200620 yr Thanks for the great season boys, take care in the offseason, about the postseason, next year we'll be in a good position to get there.
October 2, 200620 yr I'm not going to bow to Loria... but good season for our young kids. If most of the rooks can improve on this year, we are a playoff team for sure.
October 2, 200620 yr What an incredible season. I can't wait till the 2007 season to see what this team can do. Thank you for such a great 2006 season!!
October 2, 200620 yr i might have to pick my college based on how many games ill be able to go too.. lol

October 2, 200620 yr Words can't express how proud I am of this 2006 team. I'm so glad I never gave up on them. What they have done has been truly amazing. All the rookie records, the no-hitter, etc. Thank you guys for proving everyone wrong. Go Fish in '07!
October 2, 200620 yr This team has definately exceeded my expectations. I only expected them to have 55-60 wins and they have 78. Today was a great way to finish off the season and if they can do what they did since May 26 for the whole season next year, they could go deep in October. Go Fish in '07!
October 2, 200620 yr Truly a bitter-sweet season. Wouldn't taken much to get us over that hump. But man oh man was it fun watching all of them try. I was walking out of the game with my brother today and I said to him "you know, we're really looking at the foundation of a dynasty the likes of which baseball hasn't seen in 30 years, and when we reflect back after that run, we're going to remember how special this year was because this is when they were ours and no one elses." The winning that's going to come is going to be great, but no season will be as special as this one.
October 2, 200620 yr Thanks guys for a great ride this season. It was the best season other than 1997 & 2003 to watch the team. To see them learn and grow and then produce was fun. Can't wait til April. :thumbup
October 2, 200620 yr This season was certainly one of the most exciting and the team far exceeded my expectations despite all you people complaining about not making the playoffs. On a different note: i might have to pick my college based on how many games ill be able to go too.. lol Your future>being able to watch Marlin games for a few years
