July 28, 200719 yr This is the kind of year when the good teams make their run, and the bad ones fall backwards. I'm not exactly getting the feeling that we are the former anymore. At least last season we did this at the beginning of the year, as opposed to when it counts.

July 28, 200719 yr Could be worse Agreed. Gotta hope that we can only go up from here. We're fortunate the Mets have lost two in a row, but I'm not sure if 10 games can be gained. If people still say the Yankees are in it, then I'll say the Fish are too.

I wasn't saying defense had anything to do with what Vandy did....we were still in the game then, hell, we were up 7-6 even after his last inning. The inning Pinto came in and we needed to keep the lead (or at least keep it close), that's when the defense cost us.
