July 18, 200916 yr talk about teases. This whole season has been one big tease. From the starting pitching (Nolasco's first part of the season) to Uggla and Hermida struggling. You can call on stats all you want but Uggla and Hermida have underachieved this year. They aren't "playing" like the FO and everyone else envisioned this year. I know there are a ton of Boni haters but he's adjusting to 3B and is in his full season of play. I agree at times that I would like him removed and Gaby brought up but the fact of the matter is he hasn't played a full year and Uggla and Hermida have played a few seasons. There is no excuses for this team. Especially when old freaking man Moyer can own us after a couple of seasons.

The rain got Hamels out of the game to allow us to tie it. The last slider was a HANGER that Uggla just missed. Terrible pitch. Lucky for Lidge.

July 18, 200916 yr I just got back from the game. I can't believe they lost. There were some very mind boggling moves made by Freddy. That I think cost us a chance at winning the game. The runners were very stationary. They didn't try to make something happen. Cantu should have at least attempted to bunt once in that AB. I know EB would score off a base hit regardless, but he wouldn't score off a wild pitch, or fly out. I don't know how it looked from the television, but from behind the Marlins dugout, the UMP seemed to be all over the place with his strike zone both ways. We got to hope for a split. I think this is a game that could have been won though.
July 18, 200916 yr I was watching the crap unfold on GameDay. These are some of the days I am glad I don't get to witness a Marlins game. Wow, that was a PIECE of CRAP game. I really hate the team right now. I would give anything to punch a certain player right now (Hermida, anyone?).
