Carol going out slower would be better. Like a... she got barely bit. Like Jim. And Daryl has to face the fact that he could've been there for her but he fucked up.
February 25, 201313 yr I kinda wanted the Governor to jump up in the middle of sleep and kill Andrea. That'd be a good way for her to die. Like she deserves.
February 25, 201313 yr I too was kinda waiting for that to happen. Not I necessarily think that she should die, but it would have been an awesome ending. It was an ok episode, but it was mostly to build up for next week when Rick and Loria The Governor meet face to face.

March 4, 201313 yr By far the best episode of the season. Won't spoil anything for those who haven't seen it yet.
March 4, 201313 yr please explain. The title of the thread says it includes spoilers... here is my review... definitely the strongest episode of the season. That scene between Rick and Morgan was genuinely breath-taking. When Morgan tells Rick that he called him every morning at dawn and he wasnt there, and when he describes how Duane died, fuck me. You could feel his pain. Love that apart from random zombies and the hitchhiker, the ep featured 4 actors and focused on character development and trust. Loved Michonne kinda coming out of her shell and opening up. I never understood Rick's mistrust of her? Sure, she left them while at woodbury, but she returned. She had been locked up in there and then they sent someone to kill her, she is justified in wanting her revenge. Whatever, I hope that relationship grows stronger and he and Michonne kick some ass.

March 4, 201313 yr I couldn't agree with you more. I think he is what will keep Rick from going bananas. Rick saw how far gone Morgan was and I think he realized how close he is to getting there. When he was yelling at Morgan "You can come back from this," I think he was also talking to himself. That scene was ridiculously amazing. One of the best written and acted scenes in the series so far.

I generally HATE bottle episodes, but this episode did more for the tone of the show moving forward than any episode since that episode previously mentioned. Also made Carl seem like a kid once again, humanized Rick for the first time since season 2, and gave Michonne some redeeming qualities for the first time. Also found out the person who directed this episode is going to be the person taking over as showrunner for Season 4. Very happy to hear that.

He also wrote "18 Miles Out" which is another one of my favorite episodes. It's the one where Rick and Shane drive Randall to a far away location to release him, but they end up fighting each other.

Maybe he'll play a role in the gov'na storyline and then he wont show up in season 3? If we learned anything from the last episode, it's that Michonne is going to be Rick's helping hand. Not Morgan.
