August 6, 201114 yr Author .305/.385/.444/.829 in 277 PA in Colorado Springs, but god awful in his limited MLB time this year. I like the move for what it is; Thurston sucks and at least Amezaga has been somewhat successful in the past with the Marlins.

The difference between Wes Helms and Thurston is minor. And won't make any difference, except it would cost about 300k more to DFA Helms.
