In a game where our team has shown countless times that they wont get a clutch hit, we HAD to send Buck on that blooper.

When we lose by 1 tonight thatll suck even more.

Buck hesitated on that play.

That's not Espada's fault.

It would've been a bang-bang play and we had Infante and Hanley due up with the bases loaded. That wasn't even the tying run.

Buck had to hesitate. You can't really tell off the bat that it will drop.

Gonna be difficult to comeback now, but at least make Papelbon throw here.

Well, yeah.

That's part of the reason why he wasn't sent. It wasn't clear that that was going to drop so he didn't get a great jump off the bat.

That first pitch ball to Stanton was better than the called third strike to Hanley.

He would have been out the throw came in right after cut off man had plenty of time to turn and throw to the catcher.

I don't think I will even bother watching the game tomorrow. Nolasco vs. a red hot Hamels? Think I'll save myself the despair.

Worst game of the year so far

I'm pretty sure our 4/14 I think it was against Houston was worse where we had the 3 run lead and lost in the 9th.
