This postgame thread shouldn't even have posts. Just stunned silence.

Leoooo

The funny thing is that things will just get worse from here. We all think we've reached rock bottom, but not with this team.

Use Heath Bell! Use him again! Bring him in to a save situation no matter what! He's our closer!

f***ing moronic organization.

It's alright guys. Heath Bell had converted his last 14 save opportunities. I'm sure Ozzie will leave him in there for the rest of the year. Not as if there are many other options anyway since the bullpen sucks in general. Just like the entire team.

So he gets their best hitter on a curve then throws Ramirez two straight fastballs, the last of which is right down the middle. Forget performance. That's pure stupidity. There's no excuse for pure stupidity. Ozzie wasn't great in this game but that's on Bell and Buck, 100%

5 blown, he's been pulled from at least another 4 or 5, and then the 4-run lead he blew against the Cardinals. All in all, he could easily have about 10-11 blown saves.

Given the fact that most bad Marlins closers have been replaced by this time, you gotta say this is the worst first half for a Marlins closer ever, right? Could grow to be the worst season by a Marlins closer ever since I expect Ozzie to keep with Bell for a while longer.

I've been giving Bell the benefit of the doubt all year. That ended right now. He needs to go, or at the very least be sent down until he works out of this, if ever.

The Marlins are in second place without Heath Bell.

Not really. He's blown five saves and has four losses. Even if we were to have won all of those games he lost, the only team we pass up in the standings is Atlanta in third.

Like Erik said, there were a few games he would have blown has Ozzie not pulled him. Regardless, f*** this fat pig.
