I mean really we are not going to contend. Why prolong fielding this horrid offense and just trade Nolasco and Stanton and rauch and whoever the hell else is worth anything. I wanted to keep Giancarlo but screw this, just finish blowing the whole damn thing up and start over.

The screw up? 2 outs, runners on the corners after an intentional walk, ball hit back up the middle, great diving stop by the SS, throws it to the 2B who doesn't step on the bag for the 3rd out ... and instead tries to make the tag. It was comical he almost stepped on the bag TWICE by accident, but he came through like a champ and missed the bag and the runner.

Solano sucks at everything but hitting singles once every 10 at bats.

We have Valaika who can't be much worse defensively and has shown he has some pop. Then we have Dietrich who can rake or Matt Downs/Nick Green in AAA.
