NBA Finals

anyone? Great game 1. As well as the Pacers play defense, they can't score when they need to. The Spurs probably don't have the individual defensive talent that Indiana does but they play really solid team defense and they can score. And good lord... 4 turnovers the entire game??!

Heat played pretty well though, for some reason they just seemed to lose momentum in the 4th quarter. Maybe that long series with Indiana wore them out a bit. And San Antonio is definitely rested. That is a well-coached team. There were stretches in that game where it seemed like the Heat were on runs and were doing anything they wanted, and then you'd glance at the score and they're only up by 3 or 4.

Still have to think the Heat have the edge, but should be a good series.

Spolstra is a great coach. I feel that the Heat have finally found a counter with a smaller, more agile lineup and will take a very close game 5 in San Antonio then finish it off in Miami

Nope.

I'm sick of Danny f**king Green.

And if not even LeBron can stop Parker, we're screwed

Don't know why Spoelstra hasn't tried zone defense yet. They can't beat us with the three anymore than they already are.

Chalmers and Cole havn't done squat lately, Miller hasn't done squat since being named a starter.

Wouldn't mind if Spoelstra gave Allen a chance to start with the way he played tonight.

This is Skip Bayless' wet dream.

Spo's not a bad coach, Wade's just a lazy defender at times.

He calls good offensive sets, it's ultimately up to the players to be successful. What cost us game 5 was lazy defense and the Spurs were on fire shooting.

Sign guy?

That was one of the greatest Finals games in NBA history.

It took years away from my life and I'm not a fan of either team.

Wilbon/Magic: Spurs choked.

Bayless on Twitter: Refs gave Heat the game.

How is he considered an analysts? Dude is nothing more than a homer/troll.

Hah, refs give the Heat the game. That's a good one.

How about the Spurs failing to hit free throws and falling victim to none other than intentional fouls in the final minute? Give me a fucking break.

Skip Bayless has a sad life.

Not really. He has a great life.

See? Not everyone walked out early.

So I was at Bikinis Sports Bar in Charlotte North Carolina where I reside lastnight and would you believe the hate for LeBron? When the Heat were down everyone was so excited, heckling, loving the fact that the Heat would lose. Saying the REAL BIG THREE would be crowned tonight. But when the game went OT some people were slamming bottles, hitting the tables, fighting with Heat fans. It was CRAZY. I didnt realize how BIG the HATE was on LeBron lastnight. Seems like people would rather see him dead before winning it all again. Thoughts?

Honestly I think people are lessening their hate on LeBron. Although he did put on a little bitchfest yesterday that was pissing me off. Two or three times late in the game he stayed begging on his knees to the referee at the other end of the court for a call.

But overall I think he gets a little more respect now than he did last year and certainly way more than he did the year before that.

Yeah, begging did definitely make the referees turn their back on him lastnight, but to his defense he was getting fouled and a bunch of calls did go the Spurs way lastnight. Something had to give. Glad to see though that the Miami Heat came out on top, and I have a game to tell my future kids about.

I love how the Heat bench starts yelling at him to get up every time he starts to whine. Same **** every year.
