Not sure why you say garcia is a bullpen guy. Dude has 4 pitches and good control of all of them already. Needs to be a bit more confident in his stuff. If that happens there's not a thing against him being a 4-5 quality lefty

 

He's just not all that different from the #4's and 5's we have in the majors at the moment, and Nicolino/Conley already jumped him in the pecking order the past few years. Even when he gets ready possibly in 2017, there won't be a spot for him since I firmly expect Nicolino and Conley to be in the rotation, and there's no way we can have all three of these guys in the rotation.

 

He's 23 so obviously really young still. He just hasn't been overly impressive when given real challenges in the minors.
