I noticed you came into the forum in the very end of the game when we were about to lose. I think you only come when things are bad.

 

 

Good game. Phillies don't stop fighting. They really don't have a big name guy in their lineup but their relentless and their pitching is good. They beat one of our best in Phelps. Jose pitches tomorrow so now we just need to pick where we left off.

That sweep is pretty much 40% of the Braves wins. In all honestly the Phillies aren't a slouch but we had a chance to sweep the series if you wanna look at the silver lining.

Why does Mattingly keep resting players? Did Stanton really need another day off today? Hech gets like a game per week. I know he's probably trying to get his bench more involved, but I think he's overdoing it. This team is pretty young. No need for so many days off unless if the players are asking for it, which I doubt.

 

A shame Phelps couldn't keep the lead today because he's been good.
