I wouldn't mind seeing a package trade that involves bour and Ozuna for a top tier pitcher.  Chen to me is a #3 or 4 rotation arm. Conely is better or will be. Ozuna is the key piece here.  His stock is so high and we have the depth when Gorden returns. Adding a top pitcher would also put salad in the pen.  We need more relief. Personally, I don't trust Ozuna. I think he is a contract first player based on his all the distractions of last year. 

 

we have no farm system. Which if we don't go after a top pitcher I wouldn't mind a trade for top prospects for Ozuna either. 

 

Also we need to resign Jose at all costs.
