I'm actually hoping the Stanton thing is just a Don Mattingly double switch now

Kind of an interesting double-switch by Mattingly. He leaves Ichiro in to play right, taking out Stanton, who was due up 2nd in the 8th

 

Hope that doesn't mean anything but resting Stanton

 

 

It's very possible that Stanton is getting a rest but its weird with him due up first next inning. Man if nothing is wrong Donnie should have made that clear. Don't be alarmed I'm doing this but he's fine

 

 

watching the giants broadcast, they said stanton came up a little gingerly running down to first

 

oh lord.

 

 

I'm sorry but there's no way that was a double switch. Something must be wrong with Stanton.
