November 7, 20169 yr Sometimes things get printed and finalized wayyyy too far in advance... Check out this 2017 Marlins Wall Calendar... featuring Jose Fernandez, Carter Capps, & even Jarred Cosart. The Jose thing is tragic yet understandable, but it's quite surprising to see Capps and Cosart on there as well...
November 7, 20169 yr Why wouldn't they put Carter Capps on it? He's coming off the DL for the 2017 season. Something happen?
November 7, 20169 yr Why would they put Cosart on there? He wouldn't even make most 25-man rosters, yet the Marlins planned on featuring him on a calendar? (Also, backup infielder Miguel Rojas...)
November 7, 20169 yr We'd have a MB calendar but the fucking law got involved. Can't use pics of the players. Maybe we should have one with pics of the members here.

November 8, 20169 yr The 2017 calendar I picked up last week still has Chris Paddack on it. Just Paddack for all year? Oh man. Did polly make the calendar?
November 8, 20169 yr Just Paddack for all year? Oh man. Did polly make the calendar? There was also this weird off-white stain...
November 8, 20169 yr I feel like this calendar is trying to communicate to Mike Hill and tell him that all of his trades suck ass.
November 8, 20169 yr Author I would buy a 12 month calendar where every month featured a Mike Hill fuck-up First ballot Hall of Famer Kike Hernandez for January?
November 8, 20169 yr First ballot Hall of Famer Kike Hernandez for January? I figured Mike for January as King Fuck-Up then Kike (not a Jewish slur) for Feb
November 9, 20169 yr you guys can keep making fun of it, but I was 100% correct on how every single mid season marlins trade would work out, unfortunately. Put that somewhere please @Admin
November 9, 20169 yr my fellow cucks @dim and @el penguino have also been scarily accurate on marlins moves & their repercussions. The fact that we consistently have better judgement and baseball sensibility than paid professionals (paid a lot) really speaks volumes to where this front office is at (one of the worst in baseball)
November 9, 20169 yr You and like most people with a brain. i mean i called every trade's outcome with the accuracy of a fangraphs writer. (my point is, and as always, the marlins look at two things to evaluate a player even in 2016, avg and era, and why they are so behind every other team)
