December 5, 20169 yr there is literally nothing out there in the FA market or even a combo of players available that will turn this team into even a WC team this coming season. The year Loria supposedly claims he's willing to spend is one of the absolute worst FA classes I can remember. I'd rather him actually spend in a year where there are some true impact players on the market (i.e. everyday position players and frontline starting pitching). I'd actually rather the team wait and slog through next season and jettison some more junk off - it's not like the team had great attendance last year and they likely won't again this year so why not do a mini rebuild for a season and put a few more prospects in the minors and hit the ground running again next year?
