June 1, 20179 yr Stanton's actually good and still young so as tough as that contract will be to get rid of and/or to deal with financially there's always a solid chance that he, you know, actually does a damn good job here during that contract. He's not automatically gonna be Ryan Howard or Vernon Wells.

August 23, 20179 yr I am officially joining the comeback bandwagon! I may even renew my MLB TV for September if they are .500 or higher at that point! GO MARLINS! I can't help but think that if Stanton played last year like he is playing this year, we would have run away with wild card.....timing is absolutely everything!

I say bring him up even if he's not ready after the concussion lol It'd be nice to have even a tiny bit of reinforcements for last few weeks and there's no realistic chance for a trade so bring them both up and hope Bour and Chen can contribute soon and we may have something here.
