Cooper to the IL... Again...

Maybe it's just Covid, although they took him out of the game yesterday with cramping. I don't know....

So you put a position player on IL and call up a pitcher? Yeah perfect sense.

Eh, when they make call ups on the road it has to come from the taxi squad so their options are limited and I'll assume they had a specific reason for choosing who they did. Wouldn't surprise me if this lasts the weekend and by the next series another move is made or even Cooper returning.

Miggy must've seen that Jazz shirt he wore and poisoned him.

I know they need a fresh bullpen arm after Pablo's short outing yesterday but why it's a nobody from “AA” !?

Because it has to be someone from that taxi squad.

And that's the point, why putting a nobody (he really sucks this year) in that squad ?

Cause the good players are getting playing time.

Then you need to call up those “good players ” to win game and not just fills the roster spots with useless guys.

If it's something that ends up being three days it's not a huge deal.

The taxi squad isn't where you stash guys meant for serious call ups. They're temporary call ups. Warm bodies to fill a spot. If this roster spot is "needed" in the next couple days they'll replace this guy.

Not even that unless Don actually uses the guy in a critical spot.

Don realizes after the game he coulda used him when the Astros had the bases loaded

You do know Don's managerial history right?

You do know that you can shave and deodorize your balls with Manscaped, right?
