    I asked a couple weeks ago if we thought that Sanchez was going the other way on purpose. Looking at his spray charts, I am quite confident that he is.

    Technically all baseball players besides pitchers are professional hitters.

    Their profession is baseball player and they all have to hit so they are all professional hitters.

    But yeah, you always hear stuff like "that was a professional at bat" so like other at bats are unprofessional at bats?

    I don't think any of us honestly expected that at the beginning of the season, especially after that first series vs the Mets.

    Most likely by Tuesday vs the Braves the Marlins will get brought back down to earth.

    But for the next 2 days, enjoy this feeling of the Marlins first sweep of the year, a 4 game winning streak and finishing April with a 16-13 record!

    maybe.  But take 1 of 3 from them and keep taking 2 of 3 from everyone else not Braves and Mets, and we’ll be ok
