But I agree, ketchup and mustard don't belong. But I just salt my eggs, sometimes add some black pepper as well.

November 16, 20232 yr Cheese Omelet. I like scrambled eggs from Denny’s if they are cooked properly. I guess it’s referred to as American style scrambled eggs with the big curds and very fluffy and buttery. Try as I may, I can rarely get them to taste that good so I usually just stick to cheese omelets. Occasionally I’ll have a nice fried egg if I’m having like a bagel and cream cheese or butter and egg sandwich. And of course I enjoy a nice egg in a hole.* *That could be a whole other thread.. apparently different regions have different names for it - Toad in a hole. Egg in a basket. Egg in a hole etc.
