The Athletic article indicated Bendix primarily focused on "infrastructure" which mean the 857 AGMs he brought in. Bold to do nothing in the first year of a 3 year deal (I think right?)

I guess he needs to have lots of "Yes men" around to feel comfortable.

Well yeah, the primary focus was the infrastructure, so he didn't put any time into the on-field team aside from a bunch of washed-up Rays.
