Sheesh thought that was out.

bender has looked pretty bad against lefties so far

His numbers are good but he's been really lucky so far.

Agustine Ramirez already has more doubles than Jazz...

Alright, let's cut out all the Jazz hate. LOL

No hate, but it's worth comparing the two considering they were traded for each other.

Great win! Offense is really improved. Gus is amazing. Ed with a good enough start. Pen held it together. Not sure where he came from, Lake Bachar has some really impressive pitches. Hea been solid.

Lake is a classic Bendix bullpen find like he’d do w rays. Need more of them as this is a very shaky pen

Nice to see Cabrera not roll out the red carpet down the first base line for a change.

Imagine if the Marlins didn't trade Luzardo? Lol.

This is the biggest thing.

Marlins ranks 12th in runs, fourth in BA, seventh in OBP and 10th in OPS. Might get even better now with Ramirez up.

The one time we actually have legitimate hitters and our pitching decides to crater. Funny how things work.

As usual, we need more pitching after trading it away lol.

starting pitching SHOULD get better as Sandy works his way back into pitching regularly from surgery (well, until he gets traded lol) and Eury should return as well. For some of you, there's always the hope that Cabrera pulls his head out of his swamp ass and learns how to pitch more than a few innings at a time before shitting the bed. I still wonder if he could be a lights-out BP arm if he knew he was only going to have to pitch an inning or whatever. I do hope they at least TRY him there if his starting career continues to suck.

I think Sandy has just hit a rough patch. He will be fine in the long run. Meyer has been unbelieveable. By June a starting rotation with Sandy, Eury, Meyer, and Weathers will be solid (hopefully Sandy is still with us by August). Plus more reinforcements on the way. Robby Snelling has looked amazing in the minors. Cabrera would probably be pretty effective if they move him to the pen. I think the pitching will be okay. If the offense holds up, we can be competative.

Make Cabrera a super reliever when Eury and Weathers come back and Snelling is ready. 2 innings out of the bullpen. Never face guys twice in the same game.
