I don't see how this justifies attacking the Constitution. If a murderer wants to kill, he'll kill, gun or not. He might kill more or kill easier with a gun, but the problem is the character of the person, not the gun.

My initial reaction is that this seems like a lot to give up for a 34 year old point guard. Jason Kidd is not your normal 34 year old point guard, that dude busts his tail every game. He is one of the toughest guys in the association. A nice stat line too. 11.3 ppg 8.1 rpg 10.4 apg I'm not saying that he's not great. He obviously can still play at a high level. But they are trading a PG that is 10 years younger. I guess it all depends on your opinion of Devin Harris and if you think Kidd gives them a legit shot of beating the Spurs, Suns, Lakers, or Hornets in a 7 game series. I'm not sure he puts them over the top. Thinking about it some more though, aside from Harris, the rest of what they gave up doesn't amount to much. Stackhouse is likely to be bought out and return to Dallas. Diop and George are just expiring contracts at this point. Ager is a decent prospect. The two first round picks have value though. So really what Dallas is doing is trading Harris, Ager, 2 1st rounders, and cash for Kidd. Which I suppose isn't a terrible gamble, although it does make them a lot older. If they don't win a title this year or next, this is a move they may regret. I agree, if the Mavs don't win the championship the deal really, really sucks. On a completely unrelated note, the Nets were retarded to sign VC long term.

MVP hands down. Yes the MLB 2K series sucks really bad. For the record I hate Madden Football games. The NFL 2K series owned Madden, stupid exclusive licensing agreements.

Oh yeah, Thank you WBC for giving us good baptist out there a bad name. One of the things God hates most is the sowing of discord among the brethren. If ruining a whole denomination's name isn't sowing discord, I dunno what is. Someone ought to go picket one of their Sunday Morning services.

Those people at WBC are nuts. They act as if God hates just homosexuality. He hates adultery, idolatry, murderers, stealing. he that sows discord among the brethren, a proud look etc. God hates sin in general.

Even though it's no big deal and all the ingredients are readily available, there is nothing better than home made tacos. We simply brown the ground beef with whatever taco seasoning we can find, Taco Bell brand or Old El Paso brand- they're all the same. Fresh is best. Tacos are my weakness. It's really easy for me to eat too many tacos. If we make tacos I usually eat about 10-12.

My Dad has been quit for the last 2 and a half months. He has been using the nicoderm patches. He's down to the last few patches until he goes nicotine free. It's been extremely hard for him. He's been smoking since he was 12 and he's now 45, so quitting for him has to be ridiculously hard.

I'm know I'm gonna get blasted, but I don't really give a crap. I'm a Christian so I like this feller. The day homosexuals are allowed to marry in America is the day I get my plane ticket outta here. I'm sick and tired that the average American will compromise their morals at the drop of a hat just to make a dollar or to gain popularity. I'm glad Huckabee has the balls to take a stand for what he believes in. I don't feel like arguing so please don't try to start an argument with me. I'm just stating my opinion, thanks. The interesting thing about Huckabee is that from what I've gathered, is that his morals and religious beliefs suit whatever the present conversation is...and the bigger Evangelicals think he's a phony. Then again, all politicians are phony to a certain degree...but I get the feeling he is moreso than others. I'm more of a supporter of Ron Paul, but he's got a snowball's chance in heck. :confused
