2 Miami Dolphins are no longer family
I have no respect for Jason Taylor at all.....last year my girl friend Cori was in Miami and at a stoplight Jason Taylor asked her if she wanted to go back to her place. Yeah right :lol . Tell your girlfriend not to flatter herself. she's bangable. lol, she looks EXACTLY like Zach Thomas. Yeah, just give her some shoulder pads and we got our new LB.

Tim Kurkjan just moved up big time on my ESPN List
"Look, Jeff, I hit as many big league home-runs as you did, don't tell me about home-runs." :lol :lol :lol Anytime some other than Jeff Brantley himself makes Brantley look stupid, well, I'm all for it. Just a hysterical exchange regarding home-run hitters. I'm trying to picture it but I can't. To me, Tim is one of those guys that can never execute a funny joke that right way.

Chappelle's Show: The Lost Episodes
They were somewhat disappointing. The last two sketches were the best of the bunch but it was only able to pull a couple laughs on me.

Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest
It made an estimated 132 million over the weekend. Crushing the old record set by Spider-Man by over 18 million!

It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia
Great Show! I feel strangely attracted to Dee. Her voice sounds like Eliot's voice from Scrubs and she has a great body.

2006 Annual Site Awards To Take Place August 17
We should have a best out-of-state Marlins fan award. I'd be up for that one seeing as how I live in San Diego at the moment. You just joined and these awards are for the past year. Are we getting jealous, Dodge? If anything, the guy from Cambridge should win. Fans from Europe have a plus 1 in my book.

Grey's Anatomy
To say that a show doesn't deserve an award because you didn't like it is ridiculous. What other criteria is there then? How else would someone vote or choose a show unless they liked or didn't like it. I'd rather not get into this discussion (again). Have you read the new format of voting?

Grey's Anatomy
This year's Emmy nominations definately have a lot of head scratchers. This was not one of them. Yes, Lost did get snubbed but you have to remember it's a serial show. The Emmy voters who aren't regular watchers of Lost had to watch the first episode of the 2nd season where we finally see the hatch and Desmond who has lived there for 3 years with large amounts of food, a timer that counts down from 108 minutes. It must have been too much for them. To say that a show doesn't deserve an award because you didn't like it is ridiculous. Especially if your biggest complain is that it didn't kill off main characters.

Rocky Balboa
Yeah read about this a while ago. There are some Rocky haters on this board.

58th Annual Emmy Award Nominees
You didn't understand it the first time I posted it so I did it in bullet format. I'm sorry if that felt childish or defensive to you. Let's just drop the conversation and marvel at the wonderful aspects of the Emmys. :thumbup

58th Annual Emmy Award Nominees
Um, ok? I don't exactly get your point. I just assumed if he wasn't a guest star that would make him a supporting actor (going up the ladder). He isn't a guest star because he has more than 6 appearances on the show. He can't qualify for supporting actor because he isn't a series regular. It's like he's lost.... which would be fitting :mischief

Leary's nom is long overdue. Lost totally got the shaft. House? C'mon. FWIW Krispy, I think Emerson would qualify for supporting actor not guest actor. Leary's nomination isn't THAT overdue. This nomination is for his work in the 2nd season. Emerson was not a cast member this season; he's listed as a recurring character. Supporting Actors must officially be on the cast. In fact, if you look at each episode he was in, it lists him as a special guest star or guest star. He's actually going to become a series regular next season. I can dig it up in the Ausiello Report if you find it necessary for me to do so.

58th Annual Emmy Award Nominees
My thoughts: The biggest snub has to be Hugh Laurie. The show gets nominated for Best Drama and he doesn't get a nomination. Hugh Laurie IS the show. LOST? Where is Lost?!?!? Congrats to Henry Ian Cusack (Desmond) for getting nominated but Michael Emerson (Fake Gale) was 10x better. 24 got the most nominations deservedly so. Jean Smart and Gregory Itzin definately deserved them as well. This new system was supposed to help out the soon-to-be-defunt netlets WB and UPN. Didn't happen. Kevin James actually got nomnation which is kind of suprising since he's been overlooked the past 8 years. Steve Carrel got a nomination. That's great news. Denis Leary also got a nomination. I've seen very little of Rescue Me but he's very good and definately deserves it.
