  1. That was a great movie. The stories Carl must have told...
  2. He reminds me a lot of Castillo (his plate manners and slap swing).
  3. I actually kind of like it.
  4. I don't know how you can say that's a "cop out". First week is generally the most profitable one, unless you expect this movie to be Titanic-like (as in #1 movie for 3 months), then I can consider it a "cop out".
  5. Went there last month on a road trip(from NY) for about 8 hours. We didn't plan anything so we went to the usual things. Unfortunately, the day we went there was a huge protest and they had to block off the White House. I was able to go to 2 museums and they are great. I would have liked to go inside the Capitol building but there weren't letting people in either. Sorry, I couldn't be of much help.
  6. wrote a report about this movie (and DePalma) about 5 months ago.
  7. Watch.This.Show. I have never laughed so hard while watching a reality show. "I'm the Ice B*tch, freeze mother fu**er." All the superheroes are great, who wouldn't want to see a fat momma running around in tights having donuts for a belt, and a Monkey Woman changing into her costume while literally hanging from a tree. It's so great. I'm a huge fan after one episode! It airs Thursdays at 9 on Sci-Fi. They are reairing the first episode at least 10 times before then on Sci-Fi, Bravo, and USA. One of the superheroes (Lemura I think, she wears an all gold costume) is the big chunk of why I decided to watch it. When she runs... well... it's hot. Stan is "The Man" Lee
  8. because Cookie actually played and can be an anylist. Take it from me...from my college expirence so far. It's a lot easier to do PXP without actually playing the sport than to do colour! Ok, I get it...but Craig has filled in for Tommy before, as I recall. I think Craig has always filled in for Rich?/Lenny. Actually, I don't recall Rich ever missing a game. :whistle

Still don't know how she went from Million Dollar Baby to Stick it.
  10. If you try to get a job at a grocery store, apply for the produce department, seafood, or deli. Do not apply to be a bagger unless you already have experience and know what you are getting into. As a bagger, you're everone's little b**ch. That can apply to any other entry job.
  11. I enjoy watching TWIB. I haven't had time to check it out this year (at home). They normally play clips in the jumbotron during pre-game.
  12. August 15
  13. The sky is blue ....and the grass is green....oh wait that would go in the Vick Caught With A Blunt thread. At least we know that Ron Mexico is straight. I think we have a "Vick Caught With A Blunt " Forum. Am I the only one here who has no clue who Lance Bass is? I think this says a lot about you Accord, I just can't figure it out yet. :lol
  14. Can you believe the show creator and writer is Mac? He's the dumbest one on the show. I wouldn't have guessed it.... ever.
  15. I already know the title, I don't have to wait like everyone else My cousin Bret Ratner told me. AWESOME TITLE!!
  16. World Trade Center Film Benefits 9/11 Groups Four September 11 charities will receive 10 percent of the box-office receipts from the first five days of release of Oliver Stone's World Trade Center film, it was announced on Wednesday. Half of the donation will go toward the World Trade Center Memorial Foundation, which is financing two reflecting pools at the base of the someday-to-be-built Freedom Tower, while the rest will be split equally among three other groups.
  17. Heard about this yesterday, he's dating a guy who was on Amazing Race as part of a gay couple. Not really shocked. Elijah Wood is kinda unexpected though. Have you ever seen his 'Punk'd' episode? :lol :lol :lol :lol "Officer, I don't even smoke... ohhhh myyyy goddd!!!" *puts hands on cheeks*

This will be the movie of the year most likely. Then we are going to have to wait just a bit longer. New release date is November 22 according to Box Office Mojo.
  19. Didn't Redmond make it to the All-Stars with a 5 point somehting ERA?
  20. Unless 100% of profits are donated to some 9/11 charity or something of that nature, I will not PAY MONEY to see it, that doesn't mean I won't still see it though :thumbup . Yeah, because we all know that the families of victims of 9/11 are really hurting for money. It's a movie, it looks like a cheesy/bad one, but it's still a movie, if they donate to the 9/11 charities that's entirely their prerogative, but they shouldn't have to. How much did you donate to the 9/11 charities? Coulter, is that you?
  21. Dodge, I believe it airs at 9 on Tuesdays.
  22. I caught the first episode around 3 in the morning. It was very Burnettesque(?) but it all look planned to me. It's a good show though.
