ESPN Power Rankings
They couldn't even say anything about the team, just poked fun at our new manager.... I'll be happy when they eat crow and start to have to move us up the board.

2006 Slogan Contest - Round 3
wow, not sure how mine has manage to make it this far..... personally, I'm embarrassed by my own uncreativity when I "tried" to make that slogan, so I voted for a different one. Born Again, that one is growing on me. gets my vote.

2006 NFL HOF Class
Didn't Moon play in another football league too, and in total amass more passing yards than marino? Over 70.000 yards or something to that affect.

Ron Artest for Peja Stojakovic
who could possibly want Artest now...I mean, he will be happy it seems nowhere. And if he does "decide" that he wants to play for someone, how long before he changes his mind on them. The Pacers will probably get nothing for him when all is said and done.

Kobe at it again!!!
I would find it quite humorous if they had lost the game, but alas, kobe's points were worth something

Dolphins add TE deepth
:thumbup while he will not challenge McMichael significatly for playing time, we may now have an effective if not dangerous two tight-end set.

McMichael Takes Shots at TO
I'm glad the players get it, hopefully Saban does too.

As Marlins go fishing, there's no bite here
swing an a miss :thumbup though I'm not so sure that actually helps our situation. The more times Samson has to put his tail between his legs, the less leverage he'll have here. We might end up agreeing to a "bad" deal just to have some kind of home for the future. Hopefully it turns out like you say Tswift

#1 pick
Honestly, in a draft class that isn't very deep, there are two legit number one overall picks. It'll come down to which the Texans (or whoever is drafting) wants. If it is after all Houston, they'll take Bush and we'll see what else happens. I might be alone on this, but I think Leinart is just a glorified Ken Dorsey. You are not alone, they seem to be near clones imo. Average arm, great wide recievers, numbers based on long lobs.I admit that I didn't get to see Leinhart alot during the season and so the Rose Bowl was my main viewing opportunity but I saw a couple nice bullets from him which makes me wonder where this "average arm" label comes from. Someone please enlighten me.You watched the Rose Bowl, and you didn't notice the abundance of lob passes? I digress, I do remember that interception he threw..... I mean that CB had all day to get there so your point it duly noted. :thumbup

Marlins trade Josh Wilson to Rockies
He was designated for assignment two days ago, leaving the Marlins 10 days to trade or release him. The Rockies moved quickly, agreeing to sending a player to be named or cash for Wilson, who hit .257 with in Triple-A Albuquerque last season. ...or cash?.....ew, at least get some warm body back.

Marlins' officials to visit Portland on Monday
Whatever keeps the Marlins in Florida. If that means flirting with the idea of relocating and actually visiting cities to put pressure on Florida officials, I guess I can stomach it for the time being.

What if teams had a chance to redo last years draft?
And I always thought that hindsight was 20/20, but it's obvious SI still needs glasses. Some of those picks are just absurd.

Miami QB outlook, post your thoughts please.
I would like Quinn, but there our chances are quite small. All the top "franchise" QB's will likely be gone before we pick so we will prolly address another posotion. I'm guessing we stick with Gus and Sage and draft a QB in the 3/4/5 rounds and we hope we find gold. Late round possibility: Charlie Whitehurst of Clemson

Silly Fan at Browns Game
:lol , that was great and thanks for posting that. I was watching the game but of coarse the networks don't show fans so I only heard that he got slammed.
