I know its still early in the season and im not stressing, but we need to nip some of this stuff before it gets out of hand. Our division is to close to get to far behind. Once again, not going crazy, just need to get back to scoring runs and having some decent pitching. Preferably on the same night, each night.

These are the games you want to win. Phillies are our main rival and every game we win or lose goes two fold in either direction. Dropping to washigton wasn't as bad as losing against the phillies. I'm not chasing the wild card and you are going to have to beat the phillies to win the division. Missed the game so can't provide any insight.

I'm all for being disappointed you are back on the DL but kicking a hole through the drywall is alittle crazy. At home, he's his own team's problem, but damaging another teams clubhouse because you can't control your emotions calls for intervention from some where. Me or you kick a hole in someone else's propety we either pay for it or get charged with damage to property. Now I'm not trying to say police need to get brought in on this,, I like hockey fights for goodness sake, but he should be held responsible for the damages. His history is the main factor in this. As far as the game review, Volstad had a semi good outing, would have been an awesome defensive play if he beat the runner with the throw. At this point the FO can't treat Hanley like a favorite, he needs a shakeup bad. Hitting sucked and our winning streak when hitting a home run came to an end and Helms happened. Overal this thread between erick and LC is more interesting then the game.

I second penguino, not throwing in the towel just a sh*tty way to lose to a team we should have beat especially with phils losing and braves gaining. Like I said in the post game, the wins are great and we are quite a few games over .500 but its going to be tight for the top spot and even the wild card.

So damn frustrating is the best way to put it. I'm not freaking out about the season at all at this point but there are definitely points of concern. You are going to have 3 teams battling in the east for the division, braves, us and the phillies and it's going to be a race. The wild card is going to be a race as well. Even though we are well over .500 we still have to be on your game and not give up perfect opportunities.
