Lip reading beckett

Featured Replies

MAN Josh was fired up.

after the 8th you could read his lips "f*** that s***".

then after the game he goes "f*** yeah".

man, what an animal.

you forgot the part about "f*** that s***, stealing the signs"

something to that extent

Josh has always scram into his glove especially when he was in his first year. He calmed down a whole lot and today is when i really see his emotions really firing up again. Nice to see that! He's just plain nasty, a question for you guys, Beckett has been throwing 93-94 consistantly and last year he threw 95-99 mph. Is he saving it for the later innings?

i tried to watch it from work but i noticed in the top of the ninth, the only time i was able to sit down cause i got off, and you saw the look on him peering into treanor with the 2 on, he looked like he did in the world series. i just got a feeling that he knew he was gonna get them out....very good sign.

he was in the 97s on the 9th

I think after the bad experiences of the past two games, he just didn't want to hand the ball to the bullpen anymore..you can see he was very efficient in every inning. and he completed the game with a win. :)

LOL think he read all my posts this morning? Probably not, but it is odd that the day I make a post stating that josh needs to cowboy up and take control of this team, and get that cocky "give me the damn ball" attitude back, he gets fired up and delivers one hell of a complete game.

he pays about as much attention to you as we do.

I was watching FSN Bay Area and the PBP guy and Steve Lyons were chewing Beckett out for an inning in a half.

PBP after K: Beckett being a jerk. Inning over.

They called him bush, jerk, a kid, disrespectful and bunch of over crap. Beckett really got to them.

It was hilarious. In the 9th they made it seem like it was in the Giants destiny to tie the game for what he did.

Yeah i know, but im talking about past games.

I can say at the game in the infield box you could hear him. (sat a few back behind the plate area tonight). You could hear his cursing. He was pissed. I loved it. I love seeing the fire in these guys. He pitched his second complete game ever. A great performance and a firestarter game.

I like our new rotation with Willis, Beckett, Burnett, Vargas Moehler. I think we can still do this run.

Steve Lyons isn't on there.

I'm pretty sure they had Steve Lyons tonight.

It's Krukow and Kuiper. But it was great seeing them pissed.

They just showed the replay of Beckett pumping his fists and yelling after K'ing Randy Winn, the best part was Randy Winn was LAUGHING :lol .

Nice to see your back to bashing me for no reason. I was just pointing out the awesome coincidence.
