this year it is all about the d-train. Last year pavano the year before beckett had a fresh arm and was red hot.

Dontrelle is such a gamer this year, I don't know how you go against him. He had that rough stretch, but other than that there has hardly been a game he hasn't shown up for. He just brings so much energy, not only to the mound but to the team as a whole. Beckett proved he can step up for that one game, but he hasn't been extremely consistent this year, although overall he has pitched well.

I voted Beckett. There's a reason there were article in three separate papers saying that now that September has rolled around, It's Beckett time.

Beckett is the one that takes his game to such a level in big games that you can just see it visually. The other two can't quite say that, yet.

Dontrelle.....sure Beckett won the big game for us but this year, I want the D-Train on the mound!

I'm going with the D-Train, particularly since it will be an NL game. Dontrelle's offensive production cannot be discounted and is one of the key reasons he's a 21 game winner.

I haven't seen D-Train falter in a while so I'd put him out there.

I take Beckett, he has done it before and IMO he still has the best pure staff on the staff.
