Having watched Josh Willingham play for 4 years while designing and maintaining North Alabama's athletic website (www.roarlions.com), I'm excited to join this board and start chatting with you guys all year long. Glad to see Josh is finally getting a true shot to showcase his ability. I look forward to hanging out with you guys this season and being a first time Marlins fan for 2006.

OK, I was going to give you some grief....

- You must be from Alabama, you are a bit SLOOOOOOW in joining us.

Instead, I will say WELCOME (after all I haven't been here very long).

Tell my friends in Forence "HI" (HEY).

Go to Buntyn's or Trowbridges for lunch this weekend !!!

dang, another Florence dude. Yes, I was a little slow in joining the board, but you know this is Alabama, we just got Internet access and all.

Can't go wrong with Bunyan's BBQ and Trowbridges has the best hot dog short of the Varsity at GA Tech in Atlanta.

You play or go to school here?

well, being in Alabama, it's either the Braves or the Marlins and I just really can't stand the Braves. 14 Division titles or not, they're the Buffalo Bills of MLB. I see a very bright future for the Marlins with the talent they have once they get some experience.

What does "the parking lot is right out there" mean?

I am proud that Josh has finally made it to the show. Never said I was his biggest fan or a homer or anything else. I'm not sure that Josh can keep up the pace he's had in Spring Training, but I definately think he will contribute to the Marlins, not just this year, but in years to come.
