April 30, 200917 yr Listening to the fan in NY right now-boy are they ripping the mets, ripping Wright, ripping the manager for the debacle yesterday with Castro in the 9th. Saying this is been going on for 2 years, no heart. Wright is no longer the golden boy, he is the poster child for what is wrong with the team. Also, they say "lost" Castro yesterday, if not before, this was it, you just can't pinch hit a rookie catcher for the guy who has been playing the whole game and got 2 hits. Hey, try to get a clutch hit Wright, Reyes. Boy, this is fun stuff to listen to. Haha, i listen to the fan only when were gonna play the mets or after we beat them. Their fans are crazy. When ever they lose its alwayse because they stunk it up never in a million years was the other team better. Biggest drama queens, one loss and the world as we know it is coming to an end. I remember last year when they loved murphy, nows hes the devil.
April 30, 200917 yr Author at the game yesterday one second their booing wright for striking the next second there going nuts over him for hiting a single.
April 30, 200917 yr i was at the game on monday, and by the crowd recation, one would of thought they had just won the world series! mets fans are also very sensitive. cheering for the other team makes them sad and they take it very personally. i was once told to "stand up" because "you're in shea stadium" after a mets home run once, even though i was decked out in fish gear. Mets fans are the worst! same thing happens in boston...dont ever not wear red in fenway or else they will try to beat you up...literally...
April 30, 200917 yr I better not ever go to citi field then, im very snappy if I feel an argument is about to start up. Id go to court for assault for sure if the other person got into my space.
April 30, 200917 yr Phillies fans are horrible...Cant stand them...When the team has a losing season, they don't wanna talk about their team, as soon as the team wins, their sh*t don't stink and they think they are better than everyone else... They are true fair-weather fans...
April 30, 200917 yr Was at the game yesterday. Maybe I was too doped up on my swine flu meds, but I had little issue w/ the Citi Field Mets' fans. Then again, it was a day game. In April. FYI: The stadium is insane. I recommend the Ceasar's Club level. Spent a pricey dime, but to see the Fish win for the first time attending a Johan pitched game, I'm good. 0-2 prior to that. Mets' fans are realizing Wright isn't very clutch and when you strike out three times, twice looking, you won't get any kind of love from the crowd. (Haven't posted on here in some time. Love reading the posts. Will try and chatter more.) Matt
April 30, 200917 yr Author i went to the game on monday and on wedensday, on monday didnt have any real issues with fans because they were winning so i just let them talk smack, while dropping 07 and 08 refernces , but the problem is on wedensday when they were losing they were just obnoxius and arrogant, i almost had a major fight with a fan, security came to clear us out of the bathroom. They are a bunch of sore losers
April 30, 200917 yr When I look at met fans with all the t shirts only covering half their belly, both men and women, because shirts are not made that round at the bottom, and walking like they are fill ins for a Planet of the Apes movie-I think of the word Shlubs. Winner

May 1, 200917 yr Phillies fans are horrible...Cant stand them...When the team has a losing season, they don't wanna talk about their team, as soon as the team wins, their sh*t don't stink and they think they are better than everyone else... They are true fair-weather fans... Pretty much. I live around Philly so I know this from experience. I remember there was a video with Jimmy Rollins and he basically said the same thing.
May 1, 200917 yr Mets fans are like Jets fans. While I dislike Philly fans just as much, if not more, I have more respect for their team. But you just can't help but enjoy when NY teams lose even after all their desperate and insane overspending.
