April 30, 200917 yr Mets fans are worse than Phillies fans by far. Like em or hate em Philly fans are true to their city. I am not from there but have worked with a lot of people from there who are die hard sports fans and support all of the teams from their city. Mets fans are a combination of an arrogant NYer with a little brother complex becuase their big brother Yankees are always first and foremost in their media outlets. Throw in the Jets with that mix and that is one disgruntled fan, a Jet / Met fan that is.

Mets/Jets/Knicks lose and he disappears Drunk[ards] I resemble that statement. And Mets_BS proves that he's a good sport and is essentially the anti-Brownies
April 30, 200917 yr i was at the game on monday, and by the crowd recation, one would of thought they had just won the world series! mets fans are also very sensitive. cheering for the other team makes them sad and they take it very personally. i was once told to "stand up" because "you're in shea stadium" after a mets home run once, even though i was decked out in fish gear. Mets fans are the worst!
April 30, 200917 yr When I look at met fans with all the t shirts only covering half their belly, both men and women, because shirts are not made that round at the bottom, and walking like they are fill ins for a Planet of the Apes movie-I think of the word Shlubs.
April 30, 200917 yr Listening to the fan in NY right now-boy are they ripping the mets, ripping Wright, ripping the manager for the debacle yesterday with Castro in the 9th. Saying this is been going on for 2 years, no heart. Wright is no longer the golden boy, he is the poster child for what is wrong with the team. Also, they say "lost" Castro yesterday, if not before, this was it, you just can't pinch hit a rookie catcher for the guy who has been playing the whole game and got 2 hits. Hey, try to get a clutch hit Wright, Reyes. Boy, this is fun stuff to listen to.
