This is why I thought Ricky would be our ace this season. One of the best pitchers in baseball in '08...he's baaaaaaacccccckkkkk!

We have learned something about Ricky. He is not a good pitcher to begin seasons. Let him take April off from now on, and then he can become our ace

Yeah when the offense can score early and often say 2 runs after 2 inns, then it puts everyone in a confident mood esp the pitcher. Thats why we didnt sweep Pittsberg 7-0 in the 7th doesnt cut it

Nolasco is pitching better than anyone on the staff right now.

I wouldn't argue that JJ is our ace, but when Noly is on, he can dominate batters in ways that not even JJ can.

Never mind our rotation, he must be on the best form of any starter in the majors during the time since he was recalled. The only challenger I can think of is Lincecum who has also been immense recently.

Yes Ricky looked AMAZING. Also had some solid at bats to help his cause.
