April 3, 201015 yr No, I think we should be happy about it. I doubt our guys are really trying. These are just warm-ups to get into the feel of the season. The fact that our minor-league teams can beat our major league teams when they are in a resting state shows that we have some good stuff under us.
April 3, 201015 yr Do you know who's giving up most of the runs? Minor League pitching. Who bats half the time for the Marlins? Minor League batters. Me concerned? Nope.
April 4, 201015 yr Yeah this was really like our AAA team lost to the AA team and then the AA team lost to the low A team, it wasn't like JJ got the $h!t kicked out of him by Greensboro or Ricky got his +i+s lit up by Jax.
April 4, 201015 yr No disrespect but I am thinking this is not only Henny Penny thinking the sky is falling but also not knowing whether the sky is up or down.
April 4, 201015 yr Worried about Anibal but that's about it. I'm not worried yet. If anything, I bet Anibal was trying out new things, etc. I'll be worried if her performs poorly against the Mets on Thursday.
April 4, 201015 yr I don't think the offense is sharp at all and I don't believe the Marlins will get it going at the start of the season, so that definitely worries me. The pitching always worries me, but this year more than anticipated.

April 4, 201015 yr No reason to worry at all about these loses. Our starters would only be giving 50% or less effort to avoid injuries so soon to Opening Day.
April 6, 201015 yr NOW, you can worry. The Marlins lost to the METS! No no, the time to offcially press the panic button is if we lose to the Nats!
April 6, 201015 yr I have to admit the Marlins had one of the worst showings on opening day. It worries me.
April 6, 201015 yr lol one game doesn't make an entire season. everyone should take deep breaths and relax. let's see how they're doing 50 games into the season.
April 6, 201015 yr I have to admit the Marlins had one of the worst showings on opening day. It worries me. Yeah Johnson pitching so bad, home run, 4 walks and 4 earned runs (lucky it wasnt more with Hanleys great double play in the 4th) in only 5 innings worries me

Yeah Johnson pitching so bad, home run, 4 walks and 4 earned runs (lucky it wasnt more with Hanleys great double play in the 4th) in only 5 innings worries me Never mind the fact that the likes of Sabathia, Beckett, Verlander, Hernandez and Zambrano were also poor on Opening Day. Even the best have bad days
April 6, 201015 yr I have to admit the Marlins had one of the worst showings on opening day. It worries me. It wasn't worse than the Nats losing 11-1 to the Phillies, or the Cubs losing 16-5 to Atlanta.
April 8, 201015 yr I have to admit the Marlins had one of the worst showings on opening day. It worries me. It wasn't worse than the Nats losing 11-1 to the Phillies, or the Cubs losing 16-5 to Atlanta. Yeah, but that is expected from the Nats... expected by me anyway.
