So can we give Uggla a make over tomorrow night? haha

No guarantees.

What's the Problem on Stanton?

-Last 8 games, he hits 1-for-28 (.035) 0hr 0rbi 1bb 11k.

It's too long slump.

This is going to give me nightmares.

I wish Fredi was still here. :thumbdown

That's pretty heartbreaking right there.

:confused awesome pic though..but man uggla's eyes..looks like when he did that a/c commercial

He's a power hitter with a natural all or nothing type of swing.

These kind of slumps are to be expected, especially since he's a rookie.

Not the kind of stats you want to see over an 8 game stretch, but nothing to panic about either.

Unfortunately missed the game live, will watch tape delayed broadcast with breakfast. Good to see the win, Sanabia appears to be throwing better and could really fill the #4 spot in rotation if he continues to pitch good enough to win. I like the look of the line-up with Maybin leadoff, HanRam in the three hole and Gaby providing protection for Uggla.

My FOTG will always be Cameron Maybin if he manages to get one or two more hits than costly mistakes in CF.

I think the Marlins did all Wright tonight. Not awesome, but just Wright.

Speaking of Wright... can you guys please Wright "Wright" Wright Wright now?

We won! ..barely! Leo almost cost us the game. I'm not sure who to vote for the FOTG. Both Logan and Hanley (clown-hair and all) did a great job tonight but so did Sanabia. He's pitching really well -- until the 7th. Our offense looked great tonight though, which is nice to see

But when Sanabia hits a wall in pitching, he hits a WALL!! It doesn't seem like you see a gradual change in his pitching; it's good and then BAD. As long as Edwin keeps watching that and pulls him in, he is a pretty good pitcher. Especially for his age :)

This is going to give me nightmares.

As for the slugger's hair, [Edwin] Rodriguez joked that his shortstop now resembles redheaded teammate Chad Tracy.

''That was the turning point. I saw his hair color and knew he was a No. 3 hitter,'' Rodriguez said, chuckling. ''I don't know if he paid for it, but I asked him if they stole his money. ... He looks good. He's in New York and he's having fun.''

Standing in front of his locker, Ramirez said he's glad to be back in the No. 3 spot - and he can't wait until teammate Dan Uggla dyes his hair, too.

''I want to hear an opinion from the fans - what do they think? Should I keep it?'' Ramirez said.

:no :nono don't change it!! I like a good laugh :lol :lol :thumbup :whistle

Was it a box of Lady Clairol or Just For Men??? :whistle

Every starting pitcher gets gassed and has to come out. Sanabia has been fine his last couple starts, and just because he gave up a couple of hits to confirm to Edwin that he was gassed, that's nothing that doesn't happen to every other starter we have.

I think you're judging him based on his starts earlier in the year when he simply wasn't ready to start because had been thrown in the bullpen. It seems odd that we rushed up Sanabia for an unimportant bullpen role that threw off his rhythm when we gave like 1/3 of an inning to Vanden Hurk, who may make a great bullpen arm.
